2. Description of Service
Gridiron Rep is a fantasy football game where users collect player cards, build squads, and compete based on real NFL player performance. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Virtual Currency & Purchases
The Service may include virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items. These have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or rewards
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gridiron Rep or its licensors. NFL team names, logos, and player likenesses are used under license or fair use for fantasy sports purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIDIRON REP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
